@Sir Reginald, Duke of Chutney, notes make for decent comic exposition lol. I was going to draw a comic where her and Olli were eating ice cream and playing soulcalibur 4 but that would be boring.
note: I think he’d play as Raphael and she’d be Amy.
Capturing the very essence of the pain one experiences upon stepping on a creaky floorboard….
I like how your art is evolving. Abby’s expression is soooo just right. Exactly the face you make when the floor creaks!
This story is a major hit with me so far. The kind of life problems that Oliver experiences are something that I can relate to, especially being a writer with a million ideas and no way to put them on paper. The artistic style and color usage compliments the somber-hopeful mood of the comic, which is great even though the comic is in its infant stages. The interaction between the two characters is adorable, really something that I want to read more about.
What I mean is I love this comic, and I praise you for its conception.
You also just gained a reader and a fan. The name’s Wednesday. Nice to meet you!

@Wednesday, Wow, thank you so much It means a lot to hear that. The relationship between them is something I’ve put a lot of thought in to. As far as being able to relate to the writer’s block, I hope that doesn’t hold you back from writing anyway. It did to me for years, but fortunately it’s one of the things that got this comic on its way, haha. Thanks so much for reading (and commenting!)
You absolutely nailed the facial expression at the end – awesome!!!
