augh I LOVE the art in this one! like, I am in LOVE! I cannot WAIT to see where this goes. And the redhead chick is so cute. Also the floaty islands remind of Nagrand. lol. Once again great job! I hope lots of people come and see this and start reading!
What really gets me is how pretty and striking this is– and also how it is your interpretation of this work. I really enjoy how you portray a dream-like state and the art references are amazing b/c you are incorporating them as a sort of vague reference and visual cue– which itself is very much like how dreams flow. i’ve had lots of dreams where i’m in a painting or an atmosphere which is painterly. hehe
and lets face it– that sun of GORG!!!!! so french country side with castles and prettyness!!!!
your color palette is the BEST!!!!!
I can tell why you spent all of thursday night working on this! I wouldn’t have wanted to stop either!
hey dude, could I pay you for a poster size version of the top part of this? that would be suuuper sweet lemme know
I -love- your color palette, and while your structure threw me off at first (the text didn’t flow quite naturally for me in its placement, but that may be a personal preference thing) it has grown on me. Definitely bookmarked!
Hey dude this is awesome! Do you suppose you could print me out a poster of the top part? And send it to me here in California? I’ll totally send you some money for it. lemme know next time im on or on facebook
Haha that’s a definite maybe, Os. If I wind up doing posters again, this will definitely be one of them.
Also @ Sporadic: I really appreciate that. The palette was something I’ve been clinging to for a long time and it means a lot that people like it haha. As for the word placement, it’s been a -very- long time since I’ve done comic layout and I kind of just dove right it. It should get to a good place soon; I have to regain my footing, as it were.
I’m so glad you guys enjoy it Even just a few small comments make me remember why I decided to do this in the first place.

aw how luffily!!
Wow, this is really impressive. I think the palette really works here with conveying the personality of different dreams. And I love the girl’s expression and pose. *Really* nice meaningful, vocal piece.
I also can’t wait to see where this is gonna go next! Yay!
Would you mind if I ordered a poster of this for myself?
I really love this. The art is so creative and ingenious. If I had any money, I probably would order a poster too, but…
I can’t wait to see who the girl is!
Also: I am going to be starting my own webcomic, I would appreciate any tips and/or pointers you could give me.

That really means a lot, thank you so much! I know I say ‘that really means a lot’…well..a lot but it does, I’ve never had anyone really read anything I wrote let alone like it! Someday soon I might set up a store in which I can sell posters and things, but it won’t be right now, since I’m still pretty new. As far as starting your own webcomic, the best advice I can give is what Mookie of Dominic Deegan gave to me: Just go for it! you can think about it all you want, but if you don’t write it it won’t get written. I have an idea where the story is going but week to week I have no idea, and it’s the best thing for me. It keeps it exciting for me just like for you guys!
Hey!! thats a Gnostic painting!

@Manick, It’s totally based on the Flammarion woodcut, I just colored it and changed some bits
